You're right. This came from "book three" (One Place Understood) that died of covid. I am combing through those 75k words for bits I might use for readings in "Lenoir Words"--the writers' group at Lenoir Woods where I live. I have also found the audio "radio readers" version of SRH that I recorded at the radio station in Roanoke in 2007 and may "serialize" that in this Substack space. I want to be more present for my readers so much be more present to myself. What do I want to share? What do i want to learn? And life goes on.
