I have another suggestion for those seeking creative inspiration when working on a project. Walking the dog has been a source of inspiration for me. The dog leads the way, and my mind is allowed to wander. It is amazing what ideas will pop up.
Walking, wandering, wondering... The fact that walking stimulates peaceful creativity is well known. The "dog walk effect" that decreases the decision making energy expenditure is a new observation. Thanks for sharing!
Love the images! But if we prompt ourselves to dream what we want to, will our brains be able to use dreams as we currently believe they’re intended…to sort through all the events and thoughts of the day and bring some sanity and order to it all?
The Dormio dream intervention method is not to replace or be involved with REM sleep. The intervention comes BEFORE sleep, and for me seems better adapted to daytime naps. Besides I don't think you're going to hijack the night's dream agenda but maybe nudge it a bit. So now I have a napping agenda. The work MUST BE DONE. Wake me up in 20 minutes.
I just discovered the "generate image" option when going to add an image. It is slow, and low res and probably GPT3 and not very latest. But still quite useful from INSIDE substack.

Love it, what AI generator are you using, Fred?
