I intended to write 2004 entry! Also, I intended to comment on the photo of the early leaf buds in the forest. One of my favorite memories of my 2004 RV trip around the country is early spring in the Smokies, when the forest was all shades of delicate pastels due to the early buds. I thought the delicate colors were more lovely than the bold fall colors. I had never noticed that when I lived in Tennessee as a young person, oblivious to nature's beauty.
Thanks for the reminder of your past posts. I hope this website will be maintained. It has many beautiful photos.
