Also, I wasn't able to comment at the Craft post, even though I tried several ways. It does say "commenting disabled by author " so maybe I am late to this party. Happy anniversary, hope to continue to read your words however you write them :)
Shows how green I am here. I thought comments were ON. I will send out a test post in SubStack with some "onboarding" tips for reading and commenting to future post created in Craft--and pointed to by twitter, facebook, Fragments etc. Craft is perhaps the lowest-friction writing tool I've found for creating instant web-accessible content. And at my age, one cannot afford to waste a single minute
I think, if you go back to the craft doc, you can click on any paragraph or select a phrase and leave a comment. If you try and succeed let me know, and I can streamline my reader onboarding for reading docs in Craft. Here is one I created this morning for an upcoming party. Click it and try to leave a comment if you would. I realized this commenting feature after posting yesterday's bit. https://www.craft.do/s/dOl2WoAqxqdHiT
You know what? I love reading your words in any format. Don't really care about the medium. If it's Fred, it's all good.
Still here, still one of your biggest fans <3
Love,

\{ ; > ))
I like this plan <3
I see you have disabled the comments in Craft.
I found it awkward that after reading a link, I was sent back to your original email, and had to click the Craft link to continue.
I still find the icon for commenting too faint to be noticeable by any non-techie.

I tried to leave a comment on the invitation by tapping a paragraph, but nothing happened. I am using an iPad, not a computer.
Think I like the Craft format.
It does look cool, but sadly is only for Mac users so that definitely leaves me out :(
